Julian Hitch, a globally renowned martial arts master, and John Vincent, an internationally acclaimed entrepreneur, both sought something greater in lifeā€”a way to transform lives and create meaningful change. Julian Hitch, a pioneering master of Wing Tsun Kung Fu, has dedicated his life to helping individuals achieve their full potential. With a career spanning over 25 years, Julian has set Guinness World Records, authored transformative books, and consulted for top-tier organisations.
His expertise in high performance and well-being has been recognized globally, and his commitment to personal growth and community building is unwavering. Julianā€™s innovative approaches have made Wing Tsun accessible and impactful across diverse fields, from business to mental health.
John Vincent MBE, born in Enfield, London, is a visionary entrepreneur and co-founder of Leon Restaurants. A graduate of St John's College, Cambridge, with a first-class degree in History, John has a career that includes roles at Procter & Gamble, Bain & Co., and Whyte & Mackay.
His leadership at Leon revolutionised the fast-food industry, earning numerous accolades for sustainability and innovation. Johnā€™s work on the School Food Plan significantly improved the nutrition of millions of schoolchildren, earning him an MBE in 2015.
